Remark: After payment please submit you payment slip in this form, we will take 1 working days to check the payment.

Subscription Fees:

  1. Free Trial: Synorex offers a free trial period, during which you can evaluate our services at no cost. After the free trial period ends, you will be required to select a subscription plan and provide payment information to continue using our services.
  2. Billing Cycle: Subscription fees will be billed on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle of the selected subscription plan. The billing cycle is typically monthly or annually, depending on the chosen plan.
  3. Automatic Renewal: Unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew for the next billing cycle. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the renewal.

Payment Methods:

  1. Accepted Payment Methods: We accept Malaysia Bank Transfer, Malaysia Duitnow QR, FPX and Credit/Debit Card.
  2. Currency: We only allowed MYR, USD and SGD only.

Payment Authorization:

  1. Authorization: By providing payment information to Synorex, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for subscription fees and any applicable taxes.
  2. Billing Information: You are responsible for keeping your billing and payment information up to date. Failure to update your payment information may result in the interruption or cancellation of your services.

Refunds and Cancellations: Please refer to our Refund Policy for information about refunds and cancellations.

Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes, including sales tax, value-added tax (VAT), or any other similar taxes, that may be added to your subscription fees in accordance with local laws.

Policy Changes: Synorex reserves the right to modify or amend these payment terms at any time. Any changes to these terms will be posted on our website.
